How do I know which service is right for me?

It depends on where you are in your project. If you're still exploring ideas, the concept package is a calm starting point. If you have a clear brief and want to move into detailed design with 3D visuals, the comprehensive package suits you. If you already have a design and need someone to manage the build and sourcing, coordination is the right fit. We're happy to talk through your situation before you decide.

Do you work on projects outside Subang Jaya?

Yes. We work across Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, including Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Damansara, Bangsar, and Mont Kiara. For larger projects in other parts of Malaysia, we assess feasibility on a case-by-case basis.

What if I want to make changes mid-project?

Minor refinements are part of the process. The comprehensive design package includes two revision cycles. For significant changes to scope once work has started, we discuss adjustments openly and agree on any impact to timeline or fees before proceeding. Nothing is changed without your awareness.

How long does a typical residential project take?

Concept development typically wraps up in 2 weeks. Full design and visualisation runs 5–8 weeks depending on complexity. If you engage us for project coordination as well, the full cycle from first meeting to completed space is usually 4–5 months. Boutique retail fit-outs tend to move faster than large residential projects.

Are the prices listed the final cost?

Our service fees are fixed as listed. They cover design work only and do not include physical materials, furniture purchases, or contractor fees — those are separate and vary by project. We provide clear cost estimates early on so you can plan with confidence.

What happens in the first consultation?

We'll spend about an hour understanding your space, how you use it, your preferences, and your budget range. There is no commitment required at this stage. We simply want to understand your situation well enough to give you an honest picture of what's possible and how we'd approach it.
