Interior Concept Development
A structured starting point for clients who are still working out what they want. Over two weeks, we translate your vision and lifestyle into a tangible design direction — a visual presentation with annotated plans, concept boards, and spatial sketches you can take forward on your own or with contractors.
Suitable for apartments, townhouses, and boutique retail spaces. It's a thoughtful, low-commitment way to test a direction before investing in full design or renovation.

- Annotated layout sketches

Service 02
Comprehensive Design & Visualisation
The full design service — from space planning and material curation through to photorealistic 3D renders and a contractor-ready specification sheet. Two revision cycles are included to ensure the design reflects exactly what you want before anything physical is committed to.
Tailored for residential projects and mixed-use spaces. Most valuable for clients who want visual certainty before renovation begins — seeing the finished space on screen removes ambiguity and reduces costly changes during the build.

- Furniture selection and lighting strategy

- Two full revision cycles

Service 03
Project Coordination & Sourcing
If the design is ready and the renovation is about to begin, this service puts Tessera in the room throughout the build. We manage supplier negotiations, procurement, site visits, progress tracking, and final installation oversight so the project is executed the way it was designed — not the way a contractor interprets it.
Best suited for clients who want a calm, organised renovation with a single person they trust managing the process. Duration depends on project scale, typically 8–14 weeks.
